Required documents

  • An application form;
  • A statement on the delivery of letters in electronic form;
  • Optional (for underaged candidates) – a declaration of parents/legal guardians in respect of minors undertaking studies

Candidates must have their secondary school certificate/diploma legalised (authorised) and recognised in Poland.
Legalization / Apostille is the official confirmation that a signature, seal or stamp on a public document is genuine.
Apostille – if a country in which a given document was issued is a party to the Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents, concluded in The Hague, 5 October 1961, the document’s legalisation is replaced by an Apostille certificate attached to it.
Legalization is need to be made in the case of documents issued in states that are not parties to the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961.
Please note that: the certificate must be legalized by the consul of the Republic of Poland with jurisdiction over the state or education system where it was issued.

Non-legalized documents will not be accepted.

Original certified translations into the Polish language (or English language if a candidate undertakes studies provided in English) of all the documents listed issued in a language other than English.
Please note that if your school certificate needs to be recognized by the province education board it should be translated into Polish.

Candidates for bachelor’s programmes should submit an eligibility statement, issued by the appropriate authority in a particular country (e.g. Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, sometimes secondary schools).
The eligibility letter should confirm the candidate’s right to pursue higher education in their country of origin. The document should consist of the following information: the candidate’s full name and surname, the candidate’s passport number, date of birth, the number/series of the secondary school leaving certificate, the country where the document was issued and its purpose (i.e. the applicant’s right to apply for admission to higher education in the country of issue).
The document is obligatory for the process of recognition of a secondary school certificate in Poland.

B2 English language certificate for bachelor’s programme and B2+ English language certificate for master’s programme.
