The second-cycle degree programme in the field of management allows students to deepen their knowledge of selected management issues and acquire specialised skills that are vital in the activities of business entities and other organisations. Thanks to that students can become experts in a given area and better prepare for performing specific tasks related to particular professions. In addition, the second-cycle degree programme in this field allows students to acquire knowledge about current trends and new technologies that have an impact on business and the economy. Students can participate in research projects and interact with representatives of business entities and other institutions. This allows them to gain valuable experience, contact with employers and learn about the reality of working in a given field.
The study of management includes tasks related to planning, organizing, directing and controlling in an organization. The direction of management prepares for the work of enterprises, administrative units and other types of organizations and the performance of tasks related to their activities. Studying in this field opens up a wide range of employment opportunities, specialization in a particular field or further education. Management graduates can, among other things, hold managerial positions, be responsible for customer relations, manage staff, and run their firms.

Description
Mechanical engineering is an interdisciplinary field of study covering knowledge in the field of modern technologies of machine and product manufacturing processes, including IT methods supporting engineering works – design, production, operation of machines, and the selection of construction materials. It includes pro-ecological technologies and integrated environmental, safety, and quality management systems in manufacturing processes. It develops the skills of cooperation in a group, team management as well and the management of industrial and research and development institutions.
Studies in the field of study are to provide the education of specialists who, based on the acquired knowledge in the field of basic sciences and engineering sciences and practical skills, will obtain the basis for work in the area of issues related to the field of study, to meet the technical, technological, economic and ecological needs of social needs. Graduates of engineering studies (1st degree) may continue their studies at 2nd-degree master’s studies.

Computer engineering is a multidisciplinary field that combines elements of both electrical engineering and computer science. The programme is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to design, develop, and maintain computer systems and networks. Additionally, it aims to provide a well-rounded education, blending theoretical concepts with hands-on experience to prepare students for a variety of roles in the technology industry. The didactic program enables the acquisition of general knowledge in the field of computer science, knowledge of the principles of operation of computer hardware and software, as well as the design of information systems and databases. At the same time, the graduate gets to know the environment of many IT systems and acquires the ability to use many programming languages of high level and machine level. The graduate also gets acquainted with the programming environments of multitasking and multi-user systems, as well as the problems of cooperation between computers and external devices and industrial process control.

Environmental engineers play a crucial role in developing sustainable solutions to protect and improve the quality of the environment. The graduates finish the programme with the title of a professional engineer.
The contents of education during the studies cover such issues as mathematics, environmental biology with the basics of ecology, environmental management, air protection, water and sewage management and waste management, sanitary networks and installations, restructuring of devastated areas and spatial information systems, technical mechanics and strength of materials.
